Required physical levels

City hunts average 2 kilometers of walking. Rides cover medium distance for riders. All events feature clear distance tiers so every crew finds their pace.

Sturdy footwear, hydration will be provided for city events, and . We supply waterproof topographic maps .

Rain and safety policies

Events run rain or shine unless severe conditions threaten safety. Dedicated support staff monitor every route and checkpoint throughout the day.

Your ticket to the adventure includes:

  • Food & Refreshments — specify meals, snacks, and beverages provided.

  • After-Party Access — post-event movie and celebration

🚫 What’s Not Included

To keep expectations clear, the following are not included in the ticket price:

  • Travel to and from the event locations.

  • Personal expenses and purchases made during the hunt.

  • Any other expenses not explicitly mentioned in the event inclusions.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review our cancellation policy before booking your spot.

  • Participant Cancellation: cancellations are only allowed before 15 days form event, post 15 days till eventday cancellations can be done with 50 % fees deductions.

  • Refund Eligibility: before 15 days 95% refund and less than 15 days 50% refund.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: no cancellation awllowed and no show cannot be carried on to next event.

  • Event Cancellation by Organisers: If the event is cancelled by the organisers, you will get full refund.

  • Event Rescheduling: In the event of a date or schedule change due to bhagwans intervention event will be rescheduled.

  • Team Changes & Substitutions: only allowed untill one day to event.
